Salon Policies

Smock Recommendation: To protect your clothing during salon services, we suggest wearing a smock. While we take every precaution to prevent damage to clothing, we cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage that may occur if a smock is not worn.

 

Two-Week Retail Product Exchange: We offer a two-week retail product exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our salon, you can exchange it within two weeks of the purchase date. Please make sure to bring the original receipt and the product in its original condition.

 

Hair Tools Return Policy: Please note that we do not accept returns on hair tools. We highly recommend thoroughly researching and testing any tools before making a purchase. Our knowledgeable staff is always available to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have regarding hair tools.

 

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask our clients to cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service, a 50% payment of the service cost will be required. In the case of a no-call, no-show, full payment will be required before booking the next appointment.

 

Welcoming Kids: We love having kids in our salon! However, we kindly request that children remain well-behaved during their visit to ensure a pleasant experience for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.
